In September 2023, the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) was established to regulate all forms of gaming and gambling activities across the United Arab Emirates. Initially, only Jim Murren (Chairman) and Kevin Mullally (CEO) were publicly named. However, with the launch of the GCGRA’s official website, the full board of directors and C-level executives were revealed.
